      How have you found it to adapt to? My father is due to have this but he’s only 59 and otherwise healthy.

    I got a question I have a family member with a VAD who got out of hospital 4 month ago but I don’t see any progress is muscle gain on his legs what so ever he lies in bed all day no energy to try work out the legs what advice can you give what types of exercises would you recommend cause I really care and love the guy and my way is thinking at least try do a little more walking around the house anything to get muscle back but his laziness is a killer
