wish you would have had an actual is250, because that tweeter does get in the way. I get the basic technique that you are talking about. On another note, it only takes a few minutes to take door panel off, and make your job much easier on the install. I guess some tinters do not want to remove door panels, because they don't know how. With youtube, you can pretty much learn how to remove most door panels without issue. good video either way bro. I have had thoughs long days also.

I tried tinting this exact car for a coworker and I haven’t tried this method yet. I keep getting a crease right at the edge where the b pillar is. Not sure if it’s the tight molding?? (Can barley fit my tool in there) or maybe the way I’m installing it? I’ve seen people install at the bottom first and work their way to the top. I’ll have to try a different method or find a way to remove the molding on the side because ain’t no freakin way I can’t do this. I’ve dealt with tight gaskets and moldings but nothing like on this Lexus and it makes not want to work with any Lexus vehicle ever!!

  • @ididntdrinkthekool-aid4973

I remove panels that have the pods. If you don't you will crease the film trying to get in there. Too tight of a space

hey guys the removal of panels is a thing of the past. too many hidden screws and clips to deal with. if you are going to move them please be extremely careful on some model cars .there are ways to tuck the film without creasing it even in very tight applications. not only does it take time but you stand the risk of damaging clips and even damaging the panel itself if you take them out. even going to look at youtube for me is time I could do so much more with. for me time is very important. work for car dealerships and do 4 to 8 cars daily.
