Its a real shame that spidey wasn't in the cartoon due to licensing issues, he would've been fantastic in it! but at least he was in the game and the toy line.

FUN FACT: Kraven was supposed to come out in the spider man 3 line but somehow it got cancelled. I was supposed to come out alongside a symbiote suit spider man.

That Battle Damaged Tobey Peter Figure is STILL One of my Favorite Spidey Figures Ever. He's so Well Sculpted and Fun as a Toy. Glad To See An Old Favorite Still Holds Up. Great Collection, Man

I used to collect the hell out of these when I was little, I had to have everyone (while that never worked😂) I did get a big majority.
The movies ones were my favorite, I wished they still continued the toys cause seein this brings nostalgia😌

The playskool line was the best I still have some of them I used to have lizard he came with Spidey but I lost him they made a venom in that line it was really cool
I need to dig into that line a little more - I was looking for something else last night and ran into my Playschool Spideys and the Green Goblin - they are awesome!
@@CarbonScoring yea for real I recommend checking them at flea markets or eBay they have these 5 inch figures where you squeeze the legs and the arms move I believe I had spider man growing up it was really cool the sculpt is amazing it kinda looks like the ditko Spidey
@@CarbonScoring The Spidey villains they made were Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Venom, Lizard, Electro, Rhino, Hobgoblin, and Vulture(he was in a really weird style they did at the end of the line because he had removable arms)

He was in issue 1, but he was just a guy with disguises- I consider Vulture the first “powered” foe Spidey faced. I realize that is splitting hairs a bit

The only canceled figure that I’m aware of is Kraven, although there are other noticeably absent characters(Toad and Luke Cage specifically)

Hey Carbon, love this video. I have a ton of these to this day, I used to watch the cartoon also. Have you ever heard of Marvel: Handful of Heroes? They were these obscure little non-articulated figures that were molded in one color. I loved those things
