Another option is once they’re in the corner, you do chin buster into L. Jinrai kick low, into L. Jinrai HK Level 3 for max damage and corner position.
Is it practical to use your drive gauge like that in a match? That’s high risk high reward stuff and in higher ranks your opponent will certainly take advantage of your state.
You should only dump your DG this much if you're killing the opponent with the combo, especially on ken because he really gets good damage without DR cancels in combos, so you should save that meter for other stuff.
Conversely, Ken doesn't need that meter for damage, so you could just dump it all at once like that. But then you can't abuse DR HP throw mindgames, counter-DI, etc., and you're in burnout. Yeah, not a great idea, but take your pick.

After the dragonlash the Crouching jab is not always true, sometimes combo, sometimes does not
