here's a tip for krita, if you want the animation to look softer, merge all the layers of the character together, duplicate it, blur it by 40 pixels and set the blending mode to soft light!
That looks great! Have you every tried to import audio into krita (android)? I was trying to do a lip sync scene the other day and it was an horrible experience

New update you can now scroll audio, but still unable to export it to a MP4 file. I have a lip sync tutorial on here

Yes
How much frame per second did you make it? if i'm allowed to ask
It's 24 frames a second, animated on 2s so in reality, 12 frames over 24 fps

It's on a tab above the timeline, click on it and you get start frame, end frame and fps
