Ive been going crazy trying to get that caption sticker as well as the arrow sign on trending reels (to show its a trending reel). I figured it was because I was in a country that didnt provide that (I heard that one time). But now I'm in the US, deactivated / reactivated my accounts while here in the US and still not available. Anything else you can think of that I can try while I'm here in the US another few days?

Great question. Instagram is often testing their features on different accounts. And some features are only available in certain regions.
Why don’t all Instagram have the caption option? I did and now I don’t ?
