you can use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to make a paste and then rub it on the stains and leave it overnight before washing it like normal, i swear it gets literally any stain out of white clothes!!!!!
Go try another dry clean place!! A couple years ago I was dog sitting and the dog puked up a lime green color all on the white cushion couch and this place was able to get it out completely ! So I’m sure your pants will be able to get out stains just need a good spot!
