Great video! You sound so sweet 🤗
No thank you for the upload 🔥
Youre an excellent cook
I put this crack over angel hair pasta and I can’t stop thinking about it! Best dish ever!!
Lol you know what I’m gonna have to try that. You’re the third person to put it on pasta and i still haven’t tried 😩 and thank you!
Me either lol I’m back to write down the recipe😋
Not Crack 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Definitely the BOMB!!! It was exactly what I was looking for to go with the fresh tomatoes, shrimp and linguini I had. Very nice, thank you!
I've made this several times and it is AMAZING! It is definitely a staple in our house. Thank you!
This was so good!! I've made it twice now with chicken and last time I modified it by using less of the cajun and also adding a bunch of yummy curry spices. It was glorious. Bless you for sharing this recipe!!
Just made this. It was amazing. I agree with you that it will probably be even better with shrimp and some pasta to absorb that flavor. Thank you for this recipe!
I never ate this before and I was tired of the typical Cajun boils..... this right here... delicious!!!
This is a very delicious sauce. I added a stalk of celery with the pepper and onion to it. Most cajun/creole recipes use onion, bell peppers and celery (the cajun trinity). I also left out the southwest seasoning. Kudos Mesha. It rocks.
I tried this recipe today. I had over scallops and pepper jack stone ground grits. And it was amazing. Thank you for sharing this recipe
That's some tasty sauce. Thank's Mesha for the recipe. I'll be using this in the future with Shrimp, Crawfish and king crab, or lobster.
And not forgetting the pasta as well to sop up all that yummy bits of flavor.
Genius. Delicious and simple. !! Thank you !!
Thank you, thank you!
I made exactly per instructions save for addition of a white wine reduction before adding broth and cream. For seafood I used extra large gulf shrimp (I live just outside Galveston so cheap and plentiful) and tilapia filets. This rich and creamy sauce has almost more the nature of a bisque. Thus, I intend to make as such with perhaps lump crab? I am certain it will be amazing.
Thank you for this. I made this and it came out super delicious. 😋
i cook this with shrimp and it came out so good!!! Thank you so much for sharing love!!
Sauce looks really good! Thanks for the recipe!
I prepared this the day before and added cream then added Pollock, prawn and mussels all frozen. It was so tasty. Thank you I will add the recipe to my favourites x

That looks really good! Cajun food rarely adds tomatoes. That is more like a Creole sauce I like it a lot. I am going to try it this week. Thank you!

Lol no problem you welcome
Thank you u saved our night blessings to you and your family thank you again

I’m going to make this sauce today to go with my stuffed catfish! Thank you Mesha ❤️🥰
Thank you friend!!!! This post may be old, but honey, it's new to me and I LOVE IT AND SO DOES MY FAMILY! 😊😂❤
I fried grouper and fried shrimp. Also, I fried some bacon and added some of that bacon grease instead of regular oil to sauté my vegetables in the pan. Once done, I topped the fried grouper and shrimp with this sauce and had cheese grits on the side.....Honey, my family tore it down! Husband took some for lunch and had the whole office wanting a plate. 😂 Definitely nice with fried fish. 🤤🤤🤤🤤
Subscribed!!! Making it as I watch 😊😊
Wow😮😋❤️❤️
Jody Cooking 😊💛💛
I’m making this today with some pasta 🤤🤤🤤
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🙏🏾🍾 I tried this recipe yesterday and it was Delicious, Good!!! I used Flounder and shrimp that I cut in small pieces. I didn’t have peppers but it came out perfect. This is a great light meal and yes I had pasta lol. I will be making this again 🖤

I hardly comment on any recipe I try, but this was so good. Rave reviews from hubby and our 2 year old couldn't get enough of it and she's a picky eater lol. Thank you!! 😊
Awesome! Thank you so much for trying the recipe 💝
Yeah it's 🔥, took it to a potluck and used shrimp.. first thing gone!!! And I made it with 6 pounds of scrimps
I just saw a video how to make Cajun seasoning now I see this and I saw a comment saying about placing it on angel hair? Now I'm hungry.🤤🤤🤤🤤
This look great. can you use mahi-mahi as the fish source?
I would have liked to know how long to cook this meal and how it looked plated. Did you poor it over rice? What are the different ways to serve this.
What would be the calories for this sauce it looks so good but I’m trying to be mindful about my intake
Thank you so much! I have shrimp in the freezer! 👍🏾❤️
L. Pierce take pictures ! :)
Tried this one tonight. It was a hit!
Thanks a lot
It really looks good 👍🏾
Thank u !!
Hi just saw your video. How much lemon juice would you add and when would you add it
Thanks for another good one
C o thanks for watching 💕
This looks sooooo good. I wanted to make a creamy pasta for my bf since he is in quarantine. Unfortunately I'm lactose intolerant and poor so had to make due with what I had st home, including 2%milk, vegan cream cheese and mozzarella. I hope next time I can use this recipe!
You can always use coconut cream to replace the dairy.
Just made this with catfish and had no heavy cream used half and half jalapeños and red peppers onions and tomatoes over mushroom rice excellent outcome
Did anyone add juice from a lemon and if so how much
Here I am night two making this sauce now for chicken😮💨😮💨😮💨 I wish I could’ve got a picture of the fish I made but it was gone before I the thought even crossed my mind! AMAZING!!!!!
Awesome! Thank you, it’s one a my fave sauces to make 💛🧡
I’m going to do blackened salmon and shrimp and for the base Im going to use mashed potatoes
🔥🔥🔥
Making this tonight
how long did you cook your fish in the sauce?
Sis it’s money 💰 love it
Thank you doll
This one is my first or second favourite fish sauces. I marinade fish in it overnight. Ummm!
This sauce was incredible drizzled over black'n Whiting !!!!!!
I luv Whiting too the whole ones not fillet so much white meat fish.
How long did you cook the fish?
I'm gonna give this a try today. Have some red snapper on the half shell the wife and I caught last week. Gonna grill the fish, and was looking for a topping that will complement and not overpower the fish, think this looks like it.
Think adding shrimp and lump crab to the sauce to pour over the grilled snapper should be the bomb. Thanks for vid. Time to go shopping.
How did it turn out?
@@wthbrooklyn5081
It was pretty tasty the second time I made it. I used lump blue crab with the shrimp that was a slight mistake. Didn't go to well with the sauce.
The 2nd time was really good, I added snow crab meat with the shrimp for the sauce. Was so much better.
This looks like the sauce from Creole House on Canal St in New Orleans that the crab claws come in. Sop it up with a few hunks of baguette. C'est magnifique.
I did my best to recreate this and I use stale crackers Cajun two-step Fire Seasoning and she's not lying this is bomb.
I appreciate you trying it out
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
How would this be over rice?
creamylishiously tastee good
Thank you, time to make it happen !!!
Keep me updated if you can 💝
It turned out great, I make it with lobster claws.
Thinking about dipping cheesy shrimp tacos in this
Sounds like a good plan
