Cool, The water is actually volcanic hot spring from underground the hotel. When the take it from the ground, it's so hot they have to cool it for day or two until it's cold to a safe temperature. The hotels around there Hilton Hotel, Sheraton Hotel and Ghion Hotel are located there because of the hot spring water (volcanic water) underneath. It's very good for your health (therapeutic). BTW, they have a small nice playground for the children (free), just get them ice cream next to the playground make a day of it, nice way to pass the time. All the best for your family.
