You should make a video about Push Notifications but not just the app side. Also, the server side on how to send to one device and also a group of devices. All the samples show how to send a message using the Firebase message web console. That is not real-world . So how the REST API is used to send a push to one or a group of devices?

Unrelated question, but how do you allow the user to access any worksheet or any spreadsheet from google sheets using flutter on let’s say a display page from a text input that the user gives on a page before showing the display page with values from that specific sheet? Great Video, before this i used to change logos manually, thanks for providing a shorthand to it. Do you have any idea about the flutter error which says : "Connection closed before the full header was received". On internet they say its because of Android Version but there is no solution available to it. If you know or have some resources, could you let me know. Thank You!!

Most times, from my experience, it's due to a bad internet. Try changing your service provider and you should be just fine

I want to ask if it is okay to use so many 3rd party packages in the app for the task that can be done otherwise as these packages get deprecated and can cause issues later on. Yes, they save a lot of time but you know what I am trying to ask.

I'll give you two advices. When you want to use a third party package:
1. try to check if the uploader is an individual or an organization. packages created by organizations or teams have more tendency to last longer and be maintained longer
2. if the author is an individual, make sure they are verified. there are a few packages from authors who have not been verified. To me, it shows they most likely are not committed to the project on a long term basis. Many of such packages are usually not maintained, problematic or do not support null-safety.
This is just my opinion though and how I do my stuff.
@@samuelkings9416 Thank you, Yes I do see this stuff but sometimes there are cases when you need something and things available are unverified so I try to create my own solutions(if possible;-)) in that case.

Dart/Flutter beginner here....
i think the first package presented is useless.
I can do the work in that clip in under 60 seconds flat, with far less effort!
How?
1) Open your android studio with your project.
2) Right click your project name and choose "Open in Android Studio"
3) Wait for the new window to open and the processing to be finished...but then right click the "res" folder and select new vector image
4) On the left side, click the little folder icon and just navigate to your desired logo ... which does NOT have to necessarily be a certain size and format. A simple PNG is enough.
Just select and drag/drop in the window...adjust position as needed, then click save (you will be asked if you want to replace the default folders..agree to it!).
TA DAA!

Android is such a Clusterfuck.. like.. let my app just have a SVG file as a Icon, and thats it! No xxxhdpi xxhdpi xdpi, no foreground, background, adaptive etc.. No shapes, squares, rounded borders, ugh such a terrible user experience let me just put a svg, call it app_icon.svg, and thats it! Nothing more, nothing else! I don't care about all of your android stupid app sizing and adaptive bull crap its so annoying they overcomplicate this shit by so many degrees its horrible and dont get me started on dark mode icons oh nooooo
