How to hook up your Logitech K400 Plus TV

Here's a great keyboard if you're looking for an inexpensive one that works great. In this video I'll show you how to hook it up. It's actually very simple, but i forgot to remove the yellow piece by the battery.

FYI, the gold OEM GP batteries are junk and will leave corrosion on the negative spring inside the keyboard. Throw them away and get better batteries. I just spent an hour troubleshooting a keyboard.

I was a bit taken aback to read these instructions. But then I realised that there is no need to download Options - the keyboard works just fine out of the box. All that was needed was ( as pointed out here) to turn the keyboard on by pushing the switch to the right. I'd been pushing it to the left... The problem with "intuitive" is we don't always all have the same intuition. Maybe I'll get round to downloading Options some time, in which case I know how to find out how to do that, Maybe.

LOL.... Ok, you forgot to remove the tab from the battery compartment... It happens.
With this same device, I was packing it up for return because I couldn't find the USB dongle, it wasn't in the battery compartment where I expected it to be. Very frustrated!!!
As I was re-packing everything, I discovered the dongle in a small mounting slot at the front of the box..... (it's black, the color of the box was black).
