The M5 makes almost 1000HP based on its weight and quarter mile time. The ferrari probably makes almost 800 at the crank based on its time and weight. That is of course based on SAE standards which none of this companies submit for rating because they are just advertising their hp independently and just over rating them. A dyno of both cars on the same day is really the only way to tell the the deviation in power between the two
I saw the stage 3 kit video, but they tested it in a windy day, so they couldn't break faster than stage, but when I saw the difference in the rods and the forged internals, build well, this engine will not grenade easy. I think it is a great tune, not a few runs blown engine tune for sure.

Basically how I interpret both comments here is that mechanical engineering is close to reaching the levels that laws of physics dictate - while some supercars might look insane on paper, if they can’t get that power down, might as well be a sports sedan.

Joshua Thomas Evolve are probably the most reliable BMW mechanics you can find. They’re definitely reputable so i’m sure they’ve built the stage 2 tune in a way that it won’t compromise the parts. Also it’s basically impossible to have a tuned car with zero issues, however minor they are.
No one who tunes cars honestly gives reliability a second thought lmao you tune them they brake you fix them they brake again that’s what us a tuner car enthusiasts love , blowing money boom 💥

In drag races, a tuned cheaper car is always the better option. A tuned 100K car can beat a 300K car. A tuned 50K car can beat a 100K car and so forth.
Cam you start adding the years of the cars when telling the horse power and such. I always know what type of car it is but never quite sure what year any of them are exactly.
More interesting thing is that this guy has not improved his driving a bit for the numerous videos on this channel he was involved. For sure they are not the only ones. Practice obviously doesn’t make perfect.

This is a standard m5, not a competition. You can tell by the alloys and chrome grill which was replaced by black in the competition model.
