Quixel Perfect Both Slavic? Klokov and Khabib are from two different areas of russia. Their genetics dont look nothing alike. Klokov is the only slav there.
@@philheathslegalteam They aren't massive. Only a couple in the weightlifting game are huge. They are smaller and their proportions are similar to bears (long torso/short limbs).

too bad they killed the 85 kg class which was the most competitive class with 5-6 lifters fighting for gold.....Okulov, Aukhadov, Rostami, Tao, Markov, Pielieshenko, now they even remove 89 kg class for the Olympics which is a natural step for these lifters forcing them to compete 2 weight classes above and clash with previously natural 94 kg lifters which Moradi will destroy if he doesn't get injured

Dude it sucks it was the best class. Two of my favorite Russian lifters, the proud rostami, and tian Tao with the unbelievable cleans. Arley mendez was on the rise and then the new classes screwed him too. He was snatching close to 180 and he cant even snatch 165 at 81.

Does anybody know why he changed to squat jerk ? His jerk looks just as effective if not better
Squat jerking, you are less prone to injury and still maintain about 90% of your possible weight. Some folks are that strong that they prefer this method.
He wasn't very consistent in comp with split jerk was at least part of the reason
He had an shoulder injury
his split jerk was very inconsistent. he has crazy shoulder mobility which caused him to internally rotate overhead and lean his chest forward which is not ideal for split jerks but is perfect for power and squat jerks

russia is banned so no. and even so his last comp at euros was really weak, a 140kg snatch and c and jerk was like 180 or something
you can also see on his 2018 videos how smaller he looks, injuries and no roids doesnt help.

@@Nintenke he had back surgery in 2014 but he still won 3rd place in worlds after that in 2015 and wone multiple russian national championships beating 2x world champion artem okulov, doping ban cost him more then injuries

@@TehRealChruZ Got caught (for steroids) at 2015 worlds so he got a 4 year ban (originally) however it got reduced to 3 and his ban ends in December 2018.
