    nice project , just a note : the SMD inductor printed 470 on it is not 470uH , it is in fact 47 uH , we write 47 and third number is number of zeroes .

      I made the inductor is closer to 450 uh and it works fine , maybe higher inductance is not a problem?

    You skiped the video in the beginning the core was yellow but at the end it’s colour chaged how??

      Its because the inductance was too low on the yellow core , This is why i said to use a bigger core from atx powerSupply , using green core is not recommend

      Желтый сердечник - слишком низкая индуктивность.

      Not auto you can adjust the voltage

      Auto mean.
      Xl6009 is only boost converter module.only boost.not buck
      But your changes in module is made it buck boost Converter module.input voltage are fixed.and output voltage are step up and step down.

    Why heat the ring so much with a soldering iron, it was yellow, but because of overheating it turned green

    How many volts is the minimum input voltage? Can it be input using an 18650 battery?

    А с dc-dc преобразователем понижающим (на LM2596) можно такой фокус осуществить? У меня их 5 штук без дела валяются...

      LM2596 - это понижающий преобразователь, и этот трюк работает только с повышающими преобразователями, его невозможно использовать.

      @@Electronic_For_You Спасибо за консультацию. Эти видео смотрел еще вчера. Эти мощные и у меня есть, но модернизировать их нет нужды. Маленький dc-dc на х6009 управляет 2 вентиляторами на 24в 0,38А и мне нужно было снижать напругу до 6-8 вольт ( очень тихо тогда крутятся).

      XL4015 Это уже хороший преобразователь на 5А, но только в понижающем режиме.
