No sugar! Superb pork gingerbread

Today I am cooking pork with ginger. Each house has its own recipe for ginger yaki with different seasonings, but this one is really delicious and I hope you will try making it. And since it is sugar-free, it is also good for your health. Probably your children will enjoy it too. You can use a hand processor or something like that, especially if you have trouble scrubbing. The seasonings used are very simple, so by all means, give it a try!
〜 Ingredients for 2 servings
300 g pork belly
Half an onion if small or a quarter of an onion if large
20-25 g ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin (mirin-like sweet cooking rice wine)
2 tablespoons cooking sake
Rice flour as needed (or light flour)
A dash of pure white sesame oil (or rice oil or salad oil)
