I know all the struggles, and I understand you completely, just trust that it will get better, it's just a phase which we all go through and it's completely normal- even if it's really hard during the time that you are going through something like that, but it will pass.. And yes, It's not talked about enough, I completely agree. We should all definitely talk more about this. I will post more videos about it for sure.
