    Yes, that's right.
    I am a Marketing Scientist.
    We were thrown all sorts of different acronyms back in business school, and this is something that we're dealing with now.
    So what is LTV?
    What is CAC?

    I think you made a mistake at 4:55. You mentioned taking your entire monthly revenue and divide by the number of customers. Instead of your entire monthly spend divided by number of customers.

    Alex, is it possible that you do live call with your successful students. Would love to see them talk about their business and how they view cold email, and what kind of changes were brought by email10k.
    More than video testimonials what helps is , the situation and frame of mind before they bought.
    Sam ovens does the same, and he definitely knows something right about selling courses.

    How can I calculate the churn if a customer is paying a flat fee for my service and, depending on the service, they could be an active customer for 2+ years?

    • @AlexBerman
      @AlexBerman  Před 15 dny

      Churn is when they cancel the service
      if you mean they pay for the whole thing once and upfront
      then your churn would be your refund rate

    Why do you calculate LTV based on revenue and not gross profit?

    at 3:55 you meant CAC?

    • @AlexBerman
      @AlexBerman  Před 2 lety +1

      I'm describing LTV
      CAC is the cost to acquire a customer
      LTV is how much you make from a customer
