In my opinion, Belle’s hypercharge should have been so that her super could bounce off of opponents as her shots do. However, it doesn’t stay on the opponent and the damage boost only lasts for those who have the bouncing mark.

Unpopular opinion, I think Primo’s will be better than Buzz’s. Buzz can’t attack while he’s stunning, Primo not only does damage with his super, but can attack while they’re in the air and can chain supers nearly as well as Buzz.

By the time you get her hypercharge in knockout the game is most likely already over plus the shield star power is way better than the reload nerf star power

So unless your going against bots that group up this hypercharge is not the easiest to build up. There will be an occasional Rosa Mortis here and there. But the most used knockout/ wipeout brawlers are Piper Charlie tick mandy leon spike Grom Brock Belle. If you want tanky brawlers theyre probably gonna go brawl ball in close maps which belle really aint good in either. Plus belle doesnt rely on her super like most other brawlers she relies on long range Single shot damage plus her arc damage. Pets counter her fast brawlers counter her assasins counter her. The hypercharge is kinda underwhelming since her super really aint hard to hit for skilled players. But i guess the stat boost is nice now you can actually guarantee hit the super and just W key people. The thing is with belle she gonna get hard countered by pet brawlers like Mr P tara charlie larry lawrie nita since they can obviously waste belles ammo and also tank the main shots for them. And skilled players will try not to group up so they dont get hit by arc damage.
Belle hypercharge deserves -1/10 like all it does is give u boosted stats and nothing else and it's not like belle hypercharge is the only one that gives boosted stats so yeah its a garbage stats
