Tho youre a beast👍
What was the worst injury?
I want to learn so bad
I am almost 60 and I can do a planche but not as well as I used to. The hardest part was realising that my centre of gravity must be directly above my wrists.
Then of course I also suffer from peripheral neuropathy so getting to the planche stage in my old age was very difficult. I was very good at gymnastics when I was younger and could easily do everything.
Look after your bodies, young men!
i subbed
Only those who have trained planche know how truly hard and painful it is, So respect to you and anyone else who can do it.
I'm training 1 week so far and it's really hard. Does it count? 😂. I'm really trying to do a full planche 😊
@@aggelosyt5857 I agree I have been doing calisthenics for over 1 year and I didn’t start training the planche until 6 months into my calisthenics journey and it it really hard and along my journey to master the planche I had a lot of pain in my wrists and my shoulders and I had to look back and work on mastering the basics and I recently started training it again a few days ago and I have noticed a lot of progress with my planche training the only thing I need to work on is my straight arm strength because my arms are not fully locked out but I know that if I keep working on it I will see massive progress in my planche training and other skills as well congratulations on training the planche you will get there just keep grinding 💪💪💪👍👍👍💯💯💯!
@@collinryan6327 thx dude 😊. My arms are killing me too tho. I need to get a couple of days rest. Keep doing what you doing too :)
@@aggelosyt5857 no problem
@@aggelosyt5857 pou se re aggele ego prospathw na vgalw back lever kai meta tha proponhsw planche
Incredible story, kid. Well done. What a journey.
I am almost 60 years old and you have inspired me to train to achieve the full Planche. It may take some years but I want to try.
Thank you, young man.
Respect.
I am almost 50 and trying to do the same thing in the ring
Good for u bro! But please please for your safety warmup your wrists and shoulders for about 10 minutes before training and be patient
so you have to see Yuri Chechi “the lord of the rings “ at 50. It will inspire you
@@Marcus_Aurelius. I know about him he’s insane a big inspiration
Be careful with your tendons, when you are over 40 they take a lot of time to recover, and there is less water in them, so you can easily break them, make sure that u have a good specifi conditionament and at least 40 dips, 15 pull ups and 15” backlever
the fact that he started training with his hands and the floor instead of p-bars is amazing enough
I can do tuck planche and doing in floor only
@@jayantabhattarai9931 tuck planche ez bro but good luck
@@sirowl7491 nope not easy for beginners in perfect form
It’s harder than a full backlever
@@street-workoutnation2964 hmm ye maybe but they can work it on higher surface
And he used books as p-bars!!! 🔥🤯
Some progression be like “I gEt fUlL PlaNcHe fRom zEro iN onE moNhT!!!”
we all know this one dude
Rembi 😂😂
From 0 to Hero in 2 weeks! Don't do this, it's killing your gains!
Training Planche frequently will destroy your wrists for sure as well as your upside of elbows
I hate it when that bullshit gets recognition on internet. They are just faking it 💯
Respect man! There’s always a path to succes no matter how many injuries there are!!!
Depend on what injurie
@WaduHEK Many people said that Zlatan’s injury could be an end of his career... yet he’s stronger than ever and he’s still playing 🤷♂️
A dog In a toilet do you mean Zoran Pesterac?
SP K nope he means Zlatan Ibrahimovic. A soccer player
@hesham_sw 👍🤘
the movie is great, but the reality is that people see only effects and not hard work, passion, determination, pain. Paralety od Kury, poręcze od Decathlona. big respect from Gdynia
Good that you say that i am training for a week and i want to do the planch to i got a long road to go
@@larslife2934 just trust the process. The real part is not the destination, but the road. Enjoy it.
"It is impossible to gain something without pain" great job man I am still training for tuck planche
0:47 Its so relateable I can feel the pain lmao
In the wrists
Bro really started out on being able to do a whole tuck planche
shouldnt be training for planche if you lack so much basic strength in stuff like hspus that you find tuck pl hard.
Well done man, well fucking done for pushing through and staying dedicated after injuries i am proud of you. Stay safe !
No one asked
I have sooo much respect for you mate, you took so many years and so many injuries yet you did not give up and in the end managed to get the planche. Much love to you man.
Mad respect man!!!!! Only those who's tried know how hard this is!
Omg
WHAT A STORY
What I liked the most is that he never gave up! Respect ✊
Huge respect bro...even i m training for planche but i had hurt my wrist ..i can feel that pain u had gone through... well done bro👍
4 years journey...I've just started mine, like 3 months ago.
I wanna be there someday
You will be there Man, I believe in you
Maciek Przeniosło - Street Workout Thx mate!!

@@jacintomilich3401 Good luck with your journey and enjoy the pain LOL
@@gabrielnelson4324 thanks, good look for you, too
No pain, no gain.
I’ve face planted, rolled over, and bruised my knees but i will succeed. Thanks for the inspiration kid!!!
This is inspiring, I'm nearly at straddle planche, proud man 🤘🏾
I am still working on my L-sit to handstand, and this inspires me even more. Respect bro, let's keep it going! 💪🏾
brooo this video was amazing and soo motivating, this is an example that you can't achieve a solid full planche in a short period of time (a lot of videos in yt like "full planche in 2 months" etc), it takes time and a lot of effort, going through injuries, desmotivation, etc... congrats for your progress, especially because of your height, greetings from chile and keep training hard! :)
motivation so big you don’t realize ❤️
maciiek: imma practie my planche in the living room near the flat screen
flat screen: if i die, i die
Guys, He's 183 cm (6 ft)... The taller you are the harder it is
But this beast made it!
Wow,so impressive
Awesome inspiration kid. My journey began a few weeks ago, this will help ty.
Mad respect to you bro. I hope I can strengthen my heart as much as you did. If I ever starting to feel give up one day, I will come back to this video.
With a broken leg holy crap bro much respect I still lack motivation but you had a broken leg and that didn’t stop you I’m very veryyy impressed
Wow man! I’ve got so much respect for you. I’ve been working hard for nearly 5 months and don’t see to much physical results, but still, you taught me, NEVER GIVE UP! Keep up the good work bro 💪🏻
Im so happy that I found this amazing progression video. It took so much dedication to hold a planche. I've injured myself before while training planche, but I took a step back to master basics and now I'm on my way to front lever. One day I will come back to the planche that injured me before. I'm gonna show it nothing is impossible
Stay strong man 💪 this motivated me so much
Dude, First of all, Salute to your hardwork and dedication !!
You proved that there is nothing that is impossible despite getting several injuries !! To be honest, It really motivates me. Actually I am 14 right now and also I wanted to achieve Full Planche and I am able to do tuck planche and currently working on 90 degree hold !!
Salute to you man
Haven’t worked on planche in sooo long. Have focused my efforts on tennis training and have completed my goal in getting into college tennis. Now I will work on things such as this while I get in better and better physical shape. Thanks so much for the video.
So sentational, true motivation for me. I'm also working so hard on handstand. Thank you for sharing this, I'll try my best
Huge progression you re an athlete man🔥
Stary, super progres. Inspirujesz. Ja męczę mój planche długie miesiące i rezultaty nie przychodzą tak łatwo.
Huge respect for keeping up dude. Great Job!
WOW! Congratulations! This video is the very definition of PERSEVERANCE! You REALLY wanted this and you did it! And coming back from several injuries which make you regress is even more impressive!
Awsome Dude! I am just starting to train calisthenics and this inspired me to keep going👍
i literally watched this video fully over 30 times now:) fkin amazing
Great Job man,God bless u!!!🙌🙏
When I started watching this video I was like okay another transformation video to keep myself motivated but when I saw u training with broken leg that was smthg that gets u a huge respect ❤❤

Inspirational, thank you for this! keep it up, gravity is no more.
Amazing man, always seeing those videos of "learning the planche in one month" is stupid, this shows the dedication and time it actually takes. How many hours did you train on a weekly basis?
when i attempt to do a tuck planche it feels like my face is going to land flat on the floor
Ty for showing us a real Road to Full Planche keep it up man much love from Germany
So inspiring to watch! Congratulations, Maciek!
I just started to learn L-sit,hope i will learn handstand and planche too.
U inspired me alot👍👍
L-sit will take you some weeks to achieve and handstand too!Good luck my friend!
Maybe some months for handstand

Wow, such an amazing progression 🔥🙌 You deserve it 💪
Great progression! I had the dream 5 years ago but didn't insist on it. You inspired me though I'm 43 years old! While I saw other guys who were 50 to 60 years old desided to try, I don't have any reason to say "no, I can't".
I'm not expecting him to do full planche in one week. BUT, It's not zero he can literally do tuck planche and handstand
No one asked
Wow respect!
I have a Questionen. How did you become an good bodyform what is your workout? I want a homeworkout programm do you have any ideas?
Before I started doing statics stuff for real I had been doing basics for around 1,5 year so I gained muscles
this video is the key to persistence he never gave up even with several problems take this dedication to your lives
Love the struggle ang patience bro this is so inspirational! keep it up man!
Amazing video Bro💪.
One question. how tall are you?
183cm
Strong progress!! How tall and heavy are you in 2020?

From all the video that I've watch this is the only video progression that I've believed on, thank you for the motivation bro

You have all my respect bro
Wow! You are so inspiring to me! I will train as hard as you did and chase my dream to learn how to handstand properly!
I think this is the first 1.80m+ planche I’ve ever seen. Everyone else has been around 1.75 or less. It’s incredible
Chris Heria (180), Roye Gold (190), Pilous (180), Fernando Perez (180)
There are other tall people that can do a planche bro
Bruce Buffer not all of them publicise their height bro, this guy put it in the description
@@fullbarneystinsoness They publicise their height bro 🤦♀️🤦♀️
Just when you think you will see another steroid transformation, you see this. Kudos man! 👏👏👏
Steroids are not good in calisthenics u need to be light and lean
That was so good. People who have never tried those things have no idea how difficult it actually is and what the rush is like when you finally get it. I can do some of those moves, but not the majority of them. And I'm still very happy with what I can do.
mad respect, one of these days i'll get there too man, stay strong!
what a transformation....respekt powerboy!
Complimenti!💪🏽💪🏽
Brawo ziomuś, oby ambicje i motywacja nigdy cię nie opuściły.
