  • These exercises are more advanced than Level 2 and should be done in addition to them for maintenance and rehab. For the T, W, V exercises start without any weight then add 1lb. at a time, but no more than 3lb. total. Heavier weights result in substitution of other muscles than those you need to work. So stay light and make sure you are doing the FULL range of motion.

    Thank you for sharing these videos - they're so helpful! I'm 55 years old and still play baseball. I'm recovering from a shoulder dislocation now 3 months in and still have pain throwing. For the level 2 exercises, what frequency (every other day?) and how many sets each day would you recommend? I'm trying to soft toss every other day but still pretty bothersome.

    I don't have a bench that's this high. Can I incline my bench for these exercises?

      Strt with pendulum exercise then gradually when pain decrease strt rotataor cuff rehab with light band and dont lift heavy weight or do jerky movements u can see bob and brad channel for further knowledge
