Another metric: 28M views, is 4M more than Bailu's trailer on HSR (which, correct me if I'm wrong, was the trailer that was released at the time HSR was released)...and 12M more than Sparkle's trailer...
both bailu's and ellen's demo were used for ads. though there are indeed plenty of evidence that ellen's demo also gained a good chunk of organic views, judging by the views to likes ratio. sparkle's demo was also used for ads btw
genshin's demos are usually used as the benchmark in terms of organic views, since they tend to gain the same amount of likes with just half the views or less (for the past year, they have switched to using hoyofair videos for genshin's ads instead)

This video is such an anime intro/outro, and I'll be honest - I'd watch a ZZZ show with Ellen as the MC. It'd be fun to see more of the dynamic between the different members of Victorian Housekeeping (note that I'm only on chapter 2 of the game, so I don't know if they show up in the storyline yet)
