Following this because I also need some guidance. Where did you get the engine mounts and did you used the stock transmission (4speed from the L16)? Which engine do you recommend SR or KA. Thanks
If you google alot. You may find the answers like i did. But i had a stock rear end and i used 3.54 gears in it after some trial and error. Cruised amazing. There are also 3.89 gears and 4.11. Sound like you may have a 69 521. and if it had a j13 it might have 4.88 gears.

what differential you are using i have a 521 with the KA24E and stock diff and going 55mph my rpms are close to 5000 rpms i know i need lower gear set
