Ive downloaded the VE config file but I cant open it, Windows is asking which program I should use to open it. What do I need to do?

Thanks. Very interesting. Despite I see the same screen you are showing here, on the black menu list depicted on the left side of the laptop screen, I do not have the menu point "Remote Console". What can I do to add that menu point? Best regards.

How did you connect to the Multiplus? VRM or direct cabling? Want to change settings on our Multiplus (we have a Cerbo GX also) and am unsure if I need a dongle or MK3

They normally just plug in and you register it on the VRM portal.www.victronenergy.com/communication-centres/globallink-520#manuals let me know if this was helpful?

Hi Mike, I have an alarm in my ESS:
_GatewayDynamic ESS error code: No matching schedule available_
What can I do to cancel this alarm?

Have you shut the system down and done a hard reboot?
