English progression for illia and Paulo is actually so impressive
Paulo has had terrible English for years now. His progression sometimes has been backwards, and he still sounds like crap despite the improvement. On the other hand, ilia has been living in 3 countries already, and is clearly very good at languages. His English is already remarkable. the only guy that I’ve seen improving that fast in English is Ngannou.
This guy has single handily elevated this match to something of a super fight. People were hesitant if not dismissive about his chances against Volk when it was first proposed. Now everyone is on the edge of their seats. His confidence and bold predictions have worked incredibly to hype the fight. Whatever happens Saturday, he will be a key player in the UFC for years to come and I'm excited for it. Wish he would drop the McGregor talk tho.
Win or lose, lets praise this man for making this fight more interesting.

Started out really disliking Topuria, but to me he seems to be a very respectful guy, he comes in with trashtalk but mostly for promotion, which does make things spicy. From every interaction I've seen with Topuria and Volk, the two seems very respectful and almost like each other. Rooting for Volk and I always will, but Topuria got a new fan.
