my only issue with him is the fact that he is whispering talking at a super low volume. i shouldnt have to max out my speakers and hold my ear to the speaker to barely understand what he is saying. ... if ur trying to make videos and make a channel on youtube then you need to speak up!

Good job bike ham work in progress heres a pro tip from bike mechanic loosen all the right side spokes about 1/4 turn then tighten all the left ones about 1/4 turn should bring it back to center
Yes you are right . i had to re lace the wheel in the end spokes keep snapping and worked that out in the process .

hi i like your video ihave e bike aswell i put new baterrys but the problem still with the power if i go just even a little but uphill bike just slows down until it stops any sugestions where to look for proble e bike is old 300w motor 36v

Just a word to say, the reason why your wheel isn't in proper allignment is because, as you said, you filled one side to get it to fit.
To correct it you would have to file the side opposit the disc brake.
no i only filled the width equally both sides, not filled the depth off the dropouts. it was the way the they laced the wheel in the factory.
Did you have to use a 15ah battery or a 10ah? Will 36v 10 ah work?
yeah you can use a 10ah
Why so many dislikes? Voice could use normalizing (most audio/video editing programs have it) though, since the mic is moving away when you move the camera. Just a friendly tip! This proves it doesn't have to be expensive. There's also geared motors with much better range in about the same prize range.

Hi, converting mine in a week time. Planning to install a 36v 15ah lithium battery for it. Any idea what can be the range (mileage) on full charge no paddeling at all???
I've never had to paddel on a bike. I don't even think a bike would float.
i'm scared what if this tire in kit is bigger than it should be for my bike ??? and i have thin tires those are fat, can i somehow install that e motor without using that tire ??

bit of a bodge job there mate. my mates built about 50 of these so far all v brakes. no nasty bits on frame no taped on batteries. and wheel stait.

You are going to need a lot more batteries than that to get it up to 360V.

It was supposed to say 500w not 5000w.
First of all the front wheel is supposed to be level.
You get spaces with all the kits
And the back wheel would have fitted.
You need to file off metal what has been squashed. With the pressure of the back wheel & force of pedalling.
It happens to most used bikes
Especially if the back wheel was loose one time.
I'm not sure why you don't charge all on the battery together.
You can use a 14 volt charger Connect the 3 together to make 12-volt.
Much much easier than charging 3 separate batteries and all the batteries will be at the same voltage.
When fully charged just connecting back up to 36 volts.
And if you not going to connect the break switches.
You are better of connecting a switch what you can click on when rolling down Hills to charge the battery.
That's exactly what the brake switches are for to charge your battery when not using the power & rolling.
And you definitely want pedal assist

front drive? will that be safe?
activate43 front wheel drive is safer than rear just like in cars.
been riding it for 10 months no safety issue as far as i can see.
Didn't hook up the brake switches! That what kills the power to the wheel. Wheel is off center? That going to ride weird. Not a very good build.
Some hubs aren't centered due to the location of the disc brake on one side of the hub it doesn't affect the ride.

Lot of problems! Lot of money spend and working if 5 monts so you be better very very happy! All system is Highly Breacable ! Incluidet Speed changer,whill,hall sensor,,,! i am not rcomend KIT from China..no!
+Andy Mace had no problem with mine been working 14 month's, Done over 1000 miles on it.
like most stuff from china some times it can be a bit of a lottery.

With my battery pack i made from old laptop batteries, I get 30 miles no peddling 45 miles with light peddling.

Norfolktuber I have an E bike dating back to 2008 its a pap range 60 miles it does not see that been ripped off
yeah a lot of ebike company's say up to 60 miles, but they don't tell you they tested with a 4-5 stone child.
Are you still using the original battery.
