Suga had written this song a while back and they decided to retool it a bit as a song to ARMY about how much they love and miss us. 💜
This song was actually made by Suga about 3-4 years ago. He had to away in a file because he didn't really like it. Jimin actually convinced him to bring it back for this album. J-Hope and RM added their own verses to the song.

Just to let you know, people are going to be spreading misinformation on who wrote songs, who produced them, etc. I would personally just recommended looking it up yourself. The rapline, Suga, J-Hope, and RM, always write their own verses, besides a very few select songs, like Dynamite where they don't really rap. A lot of times people will say "Suga wrote this song" or "V wrote this song", but in reality they probably just took the lead on it or wrote it differently to present it to the rest of the group. The final songs that come out are usually a main songwriter then Suga, J-hope, and RM writing their own verses (though they are also usually the main songwriters as well).

@@user-lm4rl5fu1r He did make the song. That's what the composing part is. That doesn't mean he produced the final version that made it onto the album. Those are very different roles in music production. We should use the correct terms to speak about credits to not allow confusion.
There are many BTS songs written to ARMY. We love them, and they genuinely love us, too.
