so where on the engine was the cam sensor located? thanks...

It's located on top of the timing cover. below the air intake bellows or just below his arm in the vid. I just changed mine for the second time in 200K. It will take less than 30 minutes if you take your time. DO NOT remove the bolt that holds the sensor in!!!! The sensor is slotted to slip behind the loosened bolt...

Yes, it was a 3.3 liter engine.
