  • Thank you for watching video:)
This time, I tried to cook Filipino food for my beloved family for the first time!
Actually, I love Sinigang now, but I didn't like it very much at first..
It ’s very unique and it ’s a taste that Japan doesn’t have.
    p.s
This time I took a vlog shot of a natural everyday life! How is it? 👀

Filipino dishes are best eaten together with rice that is why Filipino dishes mostly have strong flavors like salty, sweet or sour because the rice counter balance the strong flavors otherwise it will be overwhelming especially for foreign people's taste.

Your family is so sweet. They were so kind with their comments...we know that sinigang will not appeal to everyone at once hahaha you have to try it multiple times to appreciate it just like you said. Maybe you can have them try other dishes that are not very "foreign" tasting.
Love the videos! Keep it coming!

mostly, filipino dishes has a strong taste thats why we always put steamed rice together, especially sinigang, adobo, and something like sour or salty.

Hello Beautiful Yui..❣ Sinigang can be cook with either fish or pork or just plain soup alone. Next time eat it with rice it will balance the flavor. It is an acquired taste, it will taste way delicious if it is cook by an authentic Filipino Chef that knows the ingredients and spices to the mix..❣🤎

Ali and you both have bubbly personalities. You get each other quite easily. Very compatible I would say.
It's always uplifting to see happy and unpretentious young couple ☮👌👍

I grew up using fish sauce for everything even with fried chicken but as an adult, I realized I can eat without fish sauce even in sinigang. I’d say it doesn’t need the fish sauce.
