400g chopped tomatoes
4 tbs of tomato paste
2 medium white onions
1 medium red onions
1/2 cups vegetable oil
2.5 small sized carrots
1 habanero pepper
1/2 each red and green bell peppers
1 tbs salt
1 tbs chicken seasoning
1 thumbsize ginger
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbs anise seed
3 dried bay leaves
2kg chicken thighs
