Hey Guys, Major MB for another video, today i took another car from my work and this is a Mercedes-Benz C220 CDI W204 with the 2.2 Diesel engine with 170bhp, in this video i do the first test drive to see if the car runs good and if everything works properly.

one of the best cars, got the same model in manual and just hit 200.000 miles , only thing i had to change was the water pump at 165.000 miles.
timing chain doesn't need replacing?
@@BigTobez You can have it checked if you want to as a precaution, the chain will warn you when it's due for replacement, if it is over stretched it would make a constant noise which is hard to miss.
200k miles in a modern diesel is absolutely nothing.. Any car can do that with proper service. ;)

If you are driving in manual mode for example you are driving fast and you press brake you want to stop but you are not downshifting gears then transmission will automatically downshift gears even though you are in manual mode is that correct

To make the transmission go from Manual Selection mode to normal 'D', just hold the shift lever to the + side for a few seconds and it will automatically return to 'D'.

@@nette8986 It's just one of those obscure features that most electronically-controlled automatics have. Basically every automatic with electronic switches to control it's gear selection are like that. If you hold to the negative side, it will drop to the lowest possible gear. If you hold it to the plus side, it will go to the highest possible gear or go back into regular drive, or whatever gearbox setting you have on. (Comfort, Eco, Sport, etc)
Probably shows in the owners handbook but I've never looked closely enough to see if it's in there.

@@AlexYeets So have you tried the shift lever -+ pull, hold for a few seconds and then go back to automatic mode

Got one and in reality theres no sound from the dashboard only from the wind at high speed and tires noises

A pillars, B pillars, windshield vents, instr. cluster, center armrest and the door panels, littlebit isofix plastic covers...
Can be eliminated but its too much work.
Yes, driver seat mechanism on mine 204 too.(cleaned with wd40 and its ok)
With sqeezing noise and exterior noise isolation its good car.
Not big problem for somebody like me. I need good sound isolated solid car, dont like serial cars. Noisy and uncomfort for me.
