Hey Guys, DVF Automotive for another video, today i took another car from my work and this is a Dacia Sandero with the 1.4 MPI LPG, petrol engine with 72bhp, in this video i do the first test drive to see if the car runs good and if everything works properly.
This car is very great, a perfect everyday vehicle.

un bel essai en POV ...c'est tout à fait cela ... la notre date aussi de 2010 ( achetée neuve ) , une Ambiance bi carburation ( gpl ) certe ancienne mécanique ...moteur datant des Megane 1 ( derivé des moteurs de r19 ....) mais fiable , facilement réparable , un bon vieux thermique 4 cyl , souple , mais volontaire ...une bonne tenue de route ...meme si elle se couche un peu en virage ..lol ...par contre sur route défoncée un régal en plus garde au sol réhaussée parfait dans les chemins ..on peut aussi faire de la route reste "silencieuse " jusqu'à 110 environ , ne pas avoir peur de descendre un rapport dans les grande rampe ...en gpl , peut être un peu moin "nerveux mais plus souple en utilisation ...en conso , essence 7à 7,5 L /moyenne .. en gpl compter dans les 9L ...vous pouvez compter environ sur 350 , 370 km en moyenne, pour le GPL réservoir de 33 L utile ( en conso pour le gpl plusieurs facteurs rentrent en compte , les saisons , types de routes ... ) au niveau entretien GPL tout les 60 000 km grande rev réglage des soupapes , filtres gpl vidange , filtre ( ancien moteur 1.4 75 ch ) tout les 30 000 km changement filtre GPL et tout les 15 000 entretien classique +veriif du systeme GPL ...les derniers modèles en GPL de chez Dacia , n'ont plus ces réglages ....la notre à presque 170 000 km et roule toujours parfaitement et pour 0.91 cts L en GPL , c 'est parfait .... :)
Bought Sandero 1.4 MPI LPG 3 years ago for 2k Euro, had to spend another 400 for new tires and shock absorbers. Haven't changed anything else yet(except oil and filters), but the car is running great. I have to spend some money to have everything that could be problematic fixed, but it will be cheap.
What is good: Cheap car, that will get you from A to B. Cheap parts/repairs in general. Good fuel consumption (LPG) combined and highway(8-9 and 7 liters). You are not so afraid of damaging it - I have gone with this car to places where 4x4 "jeeps" wouldn't. Good amount of space inside.
What is not so good: Weak metal, weak paint. The engine is very laud at higher RPM - over 3k. Slow acceleration, if you have car full of people you will need to push it a lot harder.
What is bad: High fuel consumption in cities - star/stop traffic will drain your fuel fast - 10-11 liters. Starts to rust easily if not taken care off religiously. Original wheels are complete trash(or they have been bend and fixed). Don't expect to go uphill with more than 70-80 km/h, even on a highway, unless you push the engine hard. The only thing I can think of with worst aero dynamic would be a sail.
This car is for speeds of up to 90-100 km/h(optimum), around here it is said that either the Sandero fails completely after 5 years or it will last at least 15.
I habe also 1.4 but With normal Gas, I drove it on the Autobahn with 160kmh (190 downhill ;D) and I only needed 8 ltr
My Tank was full and I drove 400 kmtr. On this Highway andI filled up again 31 ltr
