I suggest Shivam and Ridhima do both studio and store room ...i mean ki pura hi studio rakhna but jo celing mein lofts bna dena and some walls me v you can add storage.. pinterest mein you can see some ideas ..aur jo living room h na usme french windows add kro if possible so that sunlight comes in and thoda open dikhega..

Studio upstairs hi rakho yaar aapko hi better lagega, it will be more professional. Ghar pe aapke koi dost aayenge so they call chill in your room without worrying to damage any equipments. Same goes with kids and pets.
