    I find myself doing one of two things with your vids Chris.
    1) I put them on to watch a solve because I do not have the patience or attention span to complete any of these puzzles. Your excitement around the puzzles you solve and the awe you have for the genius behind each creation is a nice serotonin enhancer.
    Or
    2) I put videos I’ve already watched on after a really stressful/crappy period of time (especially in terms of my depression induced insomnia) to just relax and get a nap in. You’ve got a calm voice and the little clicky clacks of the puzzles have an almost ASMR kind of quality for me.

Furthermore it doesn’t look realistic at all with the rounded edges in the center and the ice sticking out makes it even more uncomfortable to watch. The pieces are crooked and barely align. Hey Chris, my fellow Canadian dude. I have always loved your magic, especially your slight of hand card stuff. But as someone with a physical disability (cerebral palsy) which makes my hand muscles very tight and decreases fine motor skills, I've always wanted to find a way to do what you do. Could you possibly do a tutorial with some work-arounds for people like me who want to learn??

    • @granth4561
      @granth4561 Před 2 lety +5

      Interesting you would ask for a tutorial when he no longer shows "THE MOVE" or any moves. I forgot why though... whoops sorry There's a saying that I picked up when I started learning ... 8 or 9 months now.. The saying to yourself I will get this done "By Any Means Necessary" youll find a way to make THE MOVE happen. I was lucky enough to read Royal Road to Card Magic it was the start of a passion rather than just a hobby. Torrent that book if you don't want to pay the 5 bucks or whatever but get it and read the thing start to finish...(until the routine part, you'll know when you get there) at that point you will see how much work and time you'll need to put in to accomplish your vision of magic and perform at a level you are happy with. check out daniel maddison he will tell you the start the end and the everything of what needs to be done to create a magical moment for someone you love. Never give up Balance your goals along side your health and wellness of mind then you'll always succeed. heh what am I talking about Im just some idiot with a keyboard Good Luck Victoria!

    Let me just appreciate your dedication in making these videos. Every video is a work of art. I believe that as we are nowadays learning about Choplin, future generations will be learning about you.
    Let me explain. Once I heard that you should bring in your work something new, something yours. I didn't fully get this advice till now. You are making puzzle videos (i don't wanna be rude) just that, but in every video there is a unique idea, presentation and intro. EVEN though it is “just” a puzzle video. Just that makes you different from other inferior channels. For example I watched the intro to the “Holy Grail” five times to fully appreciate the time spent on that.

    I'm not into stacking puzzles they too hard for me but I really enjoyed watching you solve it. It is a very pretty puzzle that does look like a drink except for the condensation on the glass. You have a very soothing and calming voice I love to listen to.

    Oh, and I put on your videos when things start to get a little difficult in my head and having these videos gives me something to concentrate on and the way you describe what you're doing means I don't have to watch so I can just listen and take peeks back here n there while I get things done around the house.

    I mainly watch to help me go to sleep but normaly the bigger puzzle vidoes as there is less chance of scary adverts popping up between vidoes before I’ve fallen asleep (I have ptsd and have bad enough time sleeping as it is scary things make it worse) I also watch these when I’m doing art projects or when writing my book that I’ve been writing for 10 years now (since I was 10 years old) I just find your voice and the music really soothing and helps my adhd to calm down I also find holding a rubber duckie helps calm my adhd down not a clue why 😂

    I’m fascinated by the imagination and innovation and tech skills behind so many of the puzzles on this channel. It’s amazing. I just had a fantastic 2, Sunday in advent dinner and some good wine and now I’m chilling before playing an exit game ‘The Secret Lab and we have riddle on the advent exit game to solve. It’s incredibly addictive solving riddles and puzzles. This puzzle is beautiful. The inventor has a great mind.
