So this type of skin requires proper products and care which not all people are aware of. And even then it's common for this type of skins to get a little clogged more easily. So it's not really dirt nor fat.
Some people just have complicated skin types and dont know how to properly take care of them. And even when they do their skin still tends to clog often or faster. This doesnt necessarily means they dont wash.
