Man Nissan/Infiniti was in it's prime around this era with cool cars.. SER Altima and Sentra, G35, 350Z, M45. Crazy we will never see Nissan put out another cool performance sedans with an ICE and no CVT.

Bro it might only add 3-5 hp if that. Maybe even reduce it if he has a “cold air intake” and it sucks heat from the engine. But I think you may be referring to a turbocharger or something like that, but I would not turbo an Altima… actually I think I’ll turbo mine just to see fuck it.

7 second 0-60 was wild back then. Throw a tune on that bad boy and I guarantee you’ll at least be in 6 second territory
