Obviously the boosted barra has the top end, but that XC gets along pretty darn well!

Nice XC Falcon, that thing hums along nice. I didn't see any rust around the fuel filler cap like the modern alternative that was fully rebuilt??

Both great cars though old mate xr6 turbo with a f6 badge on the boot,would made him a second quicker lol
XC wins because it doesn't need a running start to win a proper drag race.
Put 1000hp at the wheels in the xc,take traction control off the fg then see what happens. Even up weights between the cars also. Would take the xc over the fg any time,classier car.
@scottblanch7106 it's a bf but agreed, computers make shit easy, just hold it flat, the higher the tech the lower the driver skill level required. From driving vl turbos to heavily tuned and worked e85 barras and old school carb fed v8 strokers nothing feels the same as 4 barrels on an 8 on song. If you know you know. Barras may be quicker but the delivery is just not the same
Why do they always put that genaric rock music in anything car or tool related? Engine sounds are good enough.
