I used a white bulb continous flash in the background
Sequence is wrong ... First have to apply Hydrofluoric acid then phosphoric acid
You are right phosphoric acid should follow hydroflouric acid to help removing the precicipitating salts. Thank you for your remarks

Bonding agent is optional depending on the system you are using

I think the HF is before the phosphoric acid
Phosphoric acid is used for cleaning purpose. Regardless it is an optional step.
