No frying or fuss! Delicious, simple and very HEALTHY!
Ingredients:
Eggplants 3-4 pcs.
Cold water 1-1.5 liters
Salt 1/2 tbsp.
Vegetable oil (I use olive oil) - 30-40 ml
Tomatoes - 100-150 g
A small bunch of dill
Cheese cheese - 40-50 g
Garlic - 1 clove
Soy sauce 1/2-1 tbsp.
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon. (for salad dressing)
Sesame seeds
