It’s makes a little difference. You can get more expensive vinyl that blocks the heat better. Just google conservatory heat vinyl.

To be honest, it’s not made much of a difference, if I was you, insulate and board it instead of this vinyl that’s what I’m doing next.

Yeah I can't film myself and do the job at the same time. I'll try with a go pro and do a speed up version of a video but I think for more showing each step will be fine.
