I love the dew on the grass, it's like manna from heaven, standing on the grass in the morning,
catching some sun on my eyes actually helps me to sleep at night. this helps me with the body clock..
I too turn the ceiling lights off at night so theres time for calmness before bed..
if you cant sleep, read your bible because satan will put you to sleep.. he doesn't want anyone to be calm before bed..
we are doing ok in Australia at the moment.. more fears of a new wave of the flu but we are in flu season here, pollen in the air, we need to remember, we are looked after, we definitely need rest sleep, temperance, sunshine, deep breaths and some good nutrition.

We had the smoke from the fires of Nova Scotia as well, which was so odd. We got a bunch or rain last week which was nice and needed for certain.
I do wish we had June all the time, honestly. it is a lovely month. Today we have the windows open and the breeze coming through is amazing.

I love to watch your videos. I do have a Q for you. I know you are into natural and holistic things and way of life so I’m puzzled that you burn candles that are not just straight beeswax ones? They clean the air whereas all the others carry particles that go deep into your lungs. I myself have discovered thus truth not long ago and i will be 70 this year! What was i thinking or not thinking….so i got rid of all my soy candles even and went flamless, but i willmost likely be making my own Beeswax candles as they are expensive…..

My husband is home some days for work and some days he is out. Groceries are a trip to get to but we make it work. My parents live close. I am less fragile than I look lol. I have to take care of our homestead which strengthens one a bit. I also have my alarms, guard dog, self defense devices, and my second amendment, which I'm trained to implement. This is no longer about your journey with chronic health ...this is about clicks and likes and comments and promotions and sales. I never thought you would be swayed to buy into the whole CZcams BS but I guess when it comes to money the ones you least expect are just as greedy!
I'm sorry people have to make a living. You get to watch people's channels for free. I weed through 100s of offers and am very specific about what I choose because it's not the intention to stick products everywhere. Most people do not have the financial ability to make 2 or 3 videos for you to watch every week without any compensation. I purposefully do not put mid roll ads on my vlogs. I could be making double the money I make now, but my goal is to give people a peaceful non interrupted experience. I do not put products in every video and am very selective about it.
