Glad you had a great birthday! Congratulations on your weight loss! You have certainly helped motivate me. I started my journey almost 3.5 months ago. I'm down 53.5 pounds. I found out I have diabetes. It scared me so bad. I started the day I found out. I went low carb, cut out sugar, and I'm exercising 5 days a week. 3 of those days I do weights and 30 min. of walking. The other 2 days I just do 45 min. of cardio. 90 days later my A1C went from 8.5 to 5.4. My dr. said I'm completely out of the diabetic range now with medication, eating healthy, and exercising. We've gotten rid of 2 of the 4 diabetes meds. At the next visit he said we can cut more if my numbers continue to do well. So I have to stay with this. It is very hard though. Thank you so much for the motivation!
