If you can, use a video slider for push in and out shot. I know your using a osmo pocket I think to. Improve your video quality go with mirroless camera fullframe would be nice . Specially you shoot outdoor with white color car and shirt the pocket dynamic range will struggle. Once you used a proper camera, use log profile to increase Dyaic range , so you can capture those real whites and not overexpose
