Hey! You guys want in on a secret? Inserting marble eggs into your vagina doesnt give you anything! I know youll all dispute this with some "female chakra energy" mumbo jumbo, but hey, thats why they target your demographic with these scams. There were a few things that you mentioned that I would like to clarify:
1. One begins with a larger size because you can feel the Yoni Egg as you begin to do the exercises.
2. You use a smaller Yoni Egg once you have gotten to a place of mastery; which means you can grip your Yoni Egg in each of the three sections of the vaginal canal.
3. The vaginal canal is a closed off space and it will not travel outside of this area even after a hysterectomy.
4. About insertion; when you insert your Yoni Egg with the smaller side first it causes the Yoni to work for more toning and strengthening while when you insert the Yoni Egg with the larger side first it is specifically for healing.
5. Most respected Yoni Egg distributers provide information or provide resources for you to do your own research.

Very informative. The only thing I noticed is that you said that you should charge crystals by smudging with sage. You can cleanse them of previous energies using sage but to charge them the best methods are to charge them in the sunlight, charge them in the moonlight, or submerge them in sea salt.

Also selenite. Because depending on the type of crystal.... you shouldnt charge in the sun. Like a Rose Quartz egg. I just use my selenite wand.
I just read an article about toxic gemstones... It listed a few gemstones and listed why they are considered toxic. For example tigers eye has asbestos. Garnets have aluminum, some have copper, selenite can chip when exposed to water, hemitite can rust. Suffice to say perhaps not all or any gemstones is suitable for using as a yoni egg. Do you know about these toxic gemstones.
Burying them in the Earth is a good charging method although I don't personally use crystals or yoni eggs.

the bigger the egg, the heavier they are. so lots of childbirth and hysterectomy lead to weaker pelvic floor muscles and it would be hard to hold a bigger (heavier) egg.
i’m debating on these. i have prolapse after lifelong constipation, childbirth, and a fecal impaction 10 months post birth (2 failed enemas and 1 successful). i would like to get one with a string through it and eventually tag some light weights to it. i have read women getting bladder and yeast infection from these. maybe it is the soap washing it because it might upset ph balance. i mean, we’re not supposed to soap inside the vagina, so. i saw lady from Russia, who holds the world record for vaginal weight lifting (31 lbs), say she uses a wooden egg and uses a condom to make it safer for the vagina. it’s freaking brilliant. she said she does the lifting 5 minutes a day. so, i suppose she’s saying do not overdo it. i would take it slow, so i don’t end up pulling a muscle.
i read about this causing TSS. so do tampons. i wouldn’t leave it in all day for this reason. maybe follow the same tampon rules (8 hours). i can’t see myself doing that. i’m more about short exercises and increasing time daily or so and then, take a try at tying weights on it (very tiny objects). there’s a lot of options.

👍🏾 just to add on , the Yoni egg traditionally was used as an exercise tool , being held in place for only 5-15 mins during activity or exercise to prevent trauma. I encourage my ladies out there to practice this method instead of holding one in for an entire day. Rest is needed for such a gentle system. Also some are promoting Yoni egg use during sex , please avoid this activity, I have no idea who came up with that but it is extremely dangerous.

Thank you for shedding light on the issue of "tightness" it is honestly a pet peeve of mine. The issue of women thinking the more they wear a vaginal floor strengthening tool is gonna make them better and better which can many times be the opposite and you spoke on it...like a breath of fresh air. Beautifully said. Clear proclamation of a way to show you support all women and encourage them to be themselves. Its not a gym workout..Tahaah I'm a bottom heavy woman have hips even when I'm vegan and I have had the worst encounters with this ignorance when it comes to the subject of tightness, my marriage was wrecked because my then husband had no clue as to even how to bring me to orgasm as he thought my weight gain had everything to do with the "tightness...utter foolishness. In what order should I cleanse/smudge the egg before insertion?
I don’t know if you’ll see this, but I’ve been on birth control for some odd number of months now, and I want to get off. How do I cleanse my body to prepare for pregnancy, and over all health?
I bought two of these and wonder if they are okay to use. They are not obsidian, rose or jade and bought from a precious stones store. I have no idea if they are certified which worries me. I wish I could add a photo of them. They seen legit just not the recommended three types of stones.
