I wish I saw this video when I went plant based. Staying full and satiated is a big issue. People think you have a giant amount of food but its all vegs and fruit. High water and vitamins. Plenty nutrients. Good good food. Love these ideas

absolutely! fruit is essential for optimal health. Fruit is the most perfect food for humans, naturally packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytochemicals, enzymes, amino acids, fatty acids, fiber and most importantly, simple sugars.
Simple sugars found in raw fruits are the main fuel for the body.
These sugars are as essential to the body to function optimally. It helps to run the body via the cells. This is one reason why the body becomes stronger, vibrant and more energetic on these foods.
Glucose is the primary source of energy for the body, every cell in the human body runs on glucose. Glucose and Fructose are both simple sugars and when partnered together in a whole, raw food like FRUIT it is the perfect fuel for our species..
The fructose in fruit is what drives the water molecules into the cells and brings true hydration. Fruit cleanses the body and in particular the lymphatic system; it deeply nourishes the nervous system and brain. A high fruit diet is the best way to regenerate and heal your body.

      -7 bananas - 98 gram sugar
      -~1/2 cup raspberries
      -6 apples - 60 gram sugar
      -3 oranges - 30 gram sugar
      -1 cup grapes - 15 gram sugar
      -6 apricots - 18 gram sugar
      -8 plums - 50 gram sugar
total 273 gram sugar per day -
this can be dangerous not for everyone - while the daily amount for sugar according to "google info" is only 37 grams of sugar per day - I don't have any proof that fruit sugar has harmed me so far at least
      - but the info from "google search" there is contradictory information about sugar value for humans 🤷‍♂ - the truth is that I'm super active all day long.
      - and as I said I have eaten more fruit, eaten extremely much daily - and so far I have no personal evidence that fruit sugar has harmed me💪✌
      - but only the lack of vitamin b12 - I have already detected by myself this is a revealed fact - I discovered it by eating some fish and everything normalized at least until now - its my truth - I also tried b12 supplements and I did not have the same result as in the case of eating a little fish - this happened to me after 8 years of my vegan experience - fackt & my truth.

The HERBS are so out of sight that I simply can't afford a decent protocol so, I learned Wild Foraging which helps when I can walk to go out. It all adds up.
You can go from quite comfortable financially to devestated/broke in a VERY short time dealing with Health issues. Foraging is mostly free except gas to go places beyond walking distance but still way less than regular groceries and more powerful than store foods.

How is your blood sugar not flipping

    • @TheVeganSolution
      @TheVeganSolution  Před 3 lety +5

Because sugar isn’t the real culprit with diabetes; the culprit is FAT. 🙏✨ Sugar simply reveals the problem, like a messenger. Take the sugar away-put someone on a high-fat, low-carb diet-and the problem will seem to minimize or even go away. Blood sugar will seem to stabilize. Will it really stabilize? On paper, yes. Internally, no. Eliminating sugars merely hides a SICK LIVER. 🙈 And if you’re not fixing a sick liver, then you’re not fixing the root of the problem so you won’t be able to prevent a blood sugar condition from worsening down the road. Any natural diet or supplement regimen that seems to show results for diabetics or type 2 diabetics only does so indirectly by taking away the messenger, sugar, and unknowingly helping out the liver with some vegetables, nutrients, and practices like exercise. We should be able to opt for all fruits in our diets, even when we’re diabetic. In the end, it’s these natural sugars that will truly heal and reverse a liver condition so you don’t have type 2 diabetes (or prediabetes, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, or insulin resistance) anymore. 🤗What the liver really needs is: high quality glucose, is what the popular diets of today keep us away from by limiting or eliminating healthy carbohydrates? It’s not possible to completely reverse prediabetes or type 2 diabetes- long term, for good-if the liver doesn’t get to restore its sugar storage bins. The only way to do that is to consume less fat and bring in natural sugars and other healthy carbohydrates-that is, "ccc" Critical Clean Carbohydrates.
Lowering fats means you can allow healthy sugars and carbohydrates back into your diet without causing blood sugar instability and insulin resistance. Instead of limiting yourself to a few slices of apple and a pint of berries, if you’re reducing your fats, you can successfully bring in potatoes, sweet potatoes, winter squash, bananas, and ALL FRUITS. This protects you from
the irresistible impulse to binge on a bad carb when glucose reserves get extremely low. When blood fat is low, and when we choose proper, natural sugars, they benefit anyone with any health challenge, diabetics included, in untold ways. 🥰😍🙏 I hope this helps you!
