I use Google notes to write my stuff down whenever I want to or I use Google recorder. It basically records your voice and automatically convert it into a text format as well, so useful. Agreed! 💯
Brilliant one 👍
I am so happy that I almost do 7-8 things out of them. It really helps a lot and it keeps me productive without engaging much of my brain unnecessarily.
Ankur Warikoo is to the youth what Sonu Sood is to migrant workers. Huge respect for what you are doing sir!
love the fact you yourself tell us to change the speed at 1.5x, which I have never listen from any creator before,
also love your content too much
I am glad you included the afternoon nap thing. Its generally considered lazy but
is amazing especially if you wake early in the morning. Acts like a mid-day energy recharge for your body so that you can easily work till late at night.
And it is also sunnah of our holy prophet Muhammad (S.A.W)❤❤
Just a gentle reminder that I watch your videos at 1x speed because I genuinely believe that these videos deserve my time and also looking at your new setup , one would definitely think that you are a cinematographer.
Thanks so much

Except for one thing which is important, I loved everything, when you said you need to even plan a time for kids - that's what hit me. Being so productive that even parents have to make time for their kids. It is kind of sad. After all, being so productive that you miss being a dad or miss life overall isn't okay all of the time. People sometimes you just need to take breaks and live life may be. I have been watching all your videos you know for quite a long time now. But, that kid part man. Just heartbreaking. 💔
The first CZcamsr I know who wants his audience to speed up his videos.
It is Worth watching on the Normal speed...
Well he advocated saving time after all

Getting to work has been a challenge to me as a freelancer. I can often tend to procrastinate and not get work done. At that time, I use the pomodoro technique to get started and build the flow.
It goes like this: Schedule a 20 minutes timer and push yourself to work for that timeframe. Initially, the inertia would be strong and you'll feel distracted but eventually, you'll get into the flow of work. Many times, I've worked for longer than 20 minutes too. For this situation, it works every time!
The best thing that has worked for me in terms of productivity is to use an inbuilt android feature called as "Digital Well-being".
It allows you to set timers on apps like social media, entertainment apps, etc and locks them till 12 am at night once you're out of time. It makes you ration your time on those apps as it's limited and it will otherwise get exhausted. It creates new reduced usage patterns for non-productive entertainment.
It's always great to hear you!
BTW after watching this I came to know 8 of those 10 things is what I'm already doing in my routine.
I'm grateful for you to know me those 8 are actually good to follow!
Noting down the random ideas you get is the best thing because once it goes out of your mind it is very hard to recollect.
Hey Ankur, turning of the notifications from all apps in phone , Skype, teams in laptop felt peaceful and made me focus on the work and not get distracted.
Awesome...
Thank you for sharing
This new background can be described by one word EPIC🔥❤️
I just have a tip - in addtion to what you shared. I keep everything as a to-do list on desk calender, reason because people should minimize the use of technology given that it actually consumes lot of energy (not electricity, but your brain, your eyes, your ears, everything) plus you get distracted easily. Putting things on desk/wall calender is an old way which our parents used to do and I think it is still the best way to stay organized.
Yup I use to-dos regularly and it helps! Thanks for the comment!👊

oh yeah he is amazing.
Superb.. thanks for sharing Warikoo!!!
Hey Ankur, I can very well resonate with these hacks. I remember my college & school days of taking running notes, drawing/scribbling (never knew which would be called mindmaps of new age :-D) something on my notebook while teachers/professors were teaching. Some of them wouldn't like us writing anything on paper but to listen to their lectures but I wasn't of that kind. That habit is still continuing but with restrictions because of my movement disorder (Neurological Condition). Still I could figure out the android's speech to text feature coupled with Google Notes, very handy. Moreover the self mailing hack for getting reminders, backing up things, managing limited free drive space by google all this came naturally as they say "need is the mother of all the innovations". I thing just because of parents embibing discipline right from the childhood is so significant in India. Nice to know that I am on the write track. I shall soon share my own productivity hacks evolved out of survival instinct & compulsion of leading life with dignity :-)
Working out in the morning ! I've been doing this since the last month, and initially the change in schedule felt like it wasn't the right thing for me. But slowly things started falling in place, and now my day has been so much more productive. So devote the initial hours of the day to you body and not staring at the phone 🤓
Inspired by a friend in the army I have recently started to exercise till my body aches and then plunge myself in a cold shower literally with ice, spend the next day recovering and then repeat. And I cant believe the rate of progress I'm making is never thought of.
@@rafayansari7772 That sounds a little extreme. What I do is exercise 30-50 minutes daily and then bath with normal water, been doing this for the last 2 months and well it has proven to be effective. I am more productive and also my immunity has increased.
@@ankur4140 try cold showers it is backed by science. Extremly refreshing and good for health. The thing with cold showers is to decrease the temp gradually.
Time Blocks are a great way to allocate time and not overwhelm ourselves with tasks and be “busy” instead of being “productive”!
That's like my major issue. I stay busy instead of being productive. Please suggest a good time blocking app, if you know one. Thanks!
I like to block time, but external issues like phone calls come into the way, what to do?
how can a person carries so much positivity with conviction of doing something else. Day by day 'm liking this man more
Great content as always. Have been following tip no.7 for like 2.5 - 3 years and good to see someone who thinks alike.

Awesome 👌 one of the few videos I really really loved, worth watching, great job Ankur. Thanks a lot
Nice setup ankur!
I am a researcher. Sometimes it becomes impossible to get into the groove to do mental exercises and attain focus. In that case, I just do math. For half an hour. That brings me back into the zone. The flow is very important in the research where I can isolate myself from rest of the world and focus. Math is my gateway to do that.
Fantastic!!!! a must share info
Feel so great to know that I do more than half of these hacks in my life. Thanks for introducing "Amy" 😄 I personally breakdown my daily tasks in hours then too into minutes. This sets up for me to work for long because everytime I tick the to dos it boosts me to go further. Breaking down the entire tasks in minutes and hours have been my hack for now. just want to suggest that if we keep favourite song as our alarm, eventually we start hating that song because its breaking our sleep every morning .

You have not just said the fact but its literally a true reality😂😂😂

1. Go for a walk..put some target on health apps..it somehow motivates and makes us happy after completing the target plus it adds value to health
2. Follow your passion it can be reading light book for 10 min..listening music..dancing...I do play guitar for that matter
3. Drink water..it may sound easy and not helpful...but it is.! It stimulates the tissues🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Actually its not only drinking water but drinking any hot liquid. Think of it cold makes us lazy so heat will make you energetic. Water is very good as it is hydrating. 70% of our body is made up of water and all the cellular processes happens with in aqueous environment. But I drink 4 -5 mugs of herbal tea (kehwa) everyday, which also adds in great antioxidants, antiinflammatory, immune boosting natural chemicals.
Thankyou Ankur.. good job
