Good stuff. As a beginner I was able to install with ten playbacks to catch all the little details (it normally takes me about 25). In simple terms, is there a way I can install HivePress without affecting the existing portion of my multipage website?
I was hoping to access the directory from a menu or button on one or more of the existing pages. The only other way I thought of doing it would be to create a second website under a separate domain name. I use Elementor building with Astra themes for my 'main site".

HivePress is a theme so it will definitively affect your current website. If you want to enjoy the HivePress features, you can always install their addons/plugins but it then becomes tedious to make everything work with your current theme.

You can use shortcodes or insert the HivePress blocks in Gutenberg
It would be good if they provide a dashboard for admin to approve and reject in a clean ui. Currently its very tidious to check every post by visiting the listing and then posting it by publishing

1) Can I customize the theme with the help of Elementor?
2) Suppose I create a listing for "Amazon," and I want users to be redirected to the Amazon website. Instead of the "Reply to Listing" button, is it possible to add a button that says "Visit Now" and redirects them?

Is it absolutely necessary to use their theme? I like the flexibility that comes with Divi, for example. Does that integrate well?
It's only compatible with Elementor and the Block Editor.

Problems with filter in HivePress.
Apparently whenever I filter the extremes the system returns the wrong products. Example:
I have 4 products, with the values:
1000
2000
3000
4000
If I filter the error value 1000 or 4000 (the system shows all products.
(but if I filter by the value 2000 or 3000 the system filters correctly.
I've looked through everything here, I can't solve the question

Which is the reason why I am contacting you via this comment. That being, this comment/request should be under it, but since there are so many other comments already, I thought it might be easier for you to spot my comment here under this video, which falls in the same category. (A little bit of creative thinking on my part)!
Mr Web, my reason for contacting/posting this comment is to ask for your help Sir to resolve a problem that I have encountered at the end of my classified ads website built with the same "HivePress" template, which is the "PACKAGES"! No matter what I do, and by that I mean I followed that video tutorial to a T. Still, I cannot get the packages' to appear when I click the "ADD LISTING" button, which should present the categories' options, and there by "the packages". So, Mr Web, would you happen to know the reason why it doesn't work? I would definitely appreciate your help Sir. Thank you in advance Sir! Very good tutorials but sadly the font colours on the header are too light and cannot be changed. Impossible to change the font colour
Just add this CSS code that'll do the trick nicely. Relace the HEX code with whatever colour you want, in this case jet black:

how to change currency
Ohhh, I remember what else I didn't like. The big boring buttons could not be styled differently, and their colours were set, depending on the two colours you choose. Those colours go where the theme decides, and I have no control. Also, their *packages* were very plainly designed.
I'll have to decide if this is a dealbreaker. So hard to find a good directory theme or plugin!!!

Add-ons are too expensive as compared to a premium theme
I don't think they're too expensive considering that they're a one-off payment. Buy it, that's it, they're yours forever including all future updates. Most plugins/addons nowadays are on a yearly renewal basis...
Premium themes are too bloated. Better to have a theme you like and use the plugin for functionality. Being tied to a theme is not fun.

Sucks. Built my site, then realized the maps api is astronomical $$$$. Dont know how you'd make enough money, to justify giving it all over to a maps api
All Maps Embed API requests are available at no charge with unlimited usage. You only pay if you use geolocation or places for instance...
