I really wish the platform worked as easily as you showed - I am encountering one bug after another. User sign up option not available, Can't change the demo content ( sits for over an hour and does not update ) Listings not showing information correctly. Support is frustrating to work with due to opposite time zone. These are just a couple of the issues I am facing. Seems like as soon as I correct one 4 more present. Any advice, As I really like the set up of the directory just can not seem to get it to work properly.

Really bloated theme Listing Pro and filled with issues, if you can ask for a refund and go for something like Voxel or GeoDirectory, even Directorist.

Something I don't understand, do you pay for listingPro one time and just renew for support but you can still keep using it if you don't renew the support, or is they actually use of listingPro contingent upon a subscription model?

Id like to clear something up re creating listings: If you have a recurring subscription that you would like to carry on recurring, when creating your pricing plans, leave the box 'Duration (In days)' blank. From the video above I assumed I had to input 30 in that duration section for it to recur, however what this actually does is set that someone's listing will ONLY last 30 days. It then expires and removes them which is obviously the opposite of what we are likely to want. Great video btw, Very thorough! Really helped me a lot. Do you perhaps know if it is possible for a business to set more than one location for itself? Like if a physio works from two different locations?
Great catch! Leave "Duration" blank for recurring listings to stay active with subscriptions. for the Multiple Locations: ListingPro lets you handle businesses with multiple locations. Check your settings to enable "Locations" if needed. Then create & assign locations to listings! Physio friend = happy physio friend!

I am using this theme since 2021 now a big problem is found in this theme when your listing increases to 2K it takes 07 to 10 sec to open individual listings, especially on mobile phones which are very embracing

Certainly! In WooCommerce, you can easily disable payment gateways that you don't want to offer to your customers. Here's how: 1. Go to your WordPress admin dashboard. 2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings. 3. Click on the "Payments" tab. 4. You'll see a list of available payment gateways. Simply toggle off the ones you don't want to use. 5. Save your changes. That's it! Now only the selected payment gateways will be available for your customers during checkout.

Is it possible to make an ad part of a price plan? For instance they select the premium plan and get all of the features of a premium plan plus placement on the featured listings and top of the search.
RE; The slider options. I only have 4 categories for the bottom horizontal list, but I would imagine it would be a slider if you added more categories than can fit on the page at a time. Just a guess

@darrelwilson Thank you for your reply! So, you mean, all off these themes are not possible to optimize them for mobile with Elementor, but only with code? I was thinking they should have this possibility with Elementor. 🙂 I am more interested to optimize the spaces and dimensions on everypage, for Desktop and also for Mobile. I know there is the possibility to customize the design in the theme options.
I'm ALMOST sold on this theme. My only questions is - can I have an "Events" page as my home page and then a link to a separate page that is for business listings. The theme says you can have more than one set of listing data, but just not sure if it can be on separate pages because of what you said about the search textbox being a part of the back-end - ie. you can just mess with it using Elementor. So just don't know how I can set up two seperate sets of listing data and have them on separate pages. One being home, and other being separate.

4. You'll see a list of available payment gateways. Simply toggle off the ones you don't want to use.
5. Save your changes.
That's it! Now only the selected payment gateways will be available for your customers during checkout.

RE; The slider options. I only have 4 categories for the bottom horizontal list, but I would imagine it would be a slider if you added more categories than can fit on the page at a time. Just a guess

2. Child Theme Customization: Consider creating a child theme and adding custom CSS or PHP code to modify the appearance and functionality of the listing pages. This requires some coding knowledge but allows for greater customization.
3. Custom Development: If none of the above options suffice, you may need to consider hiring a developer to create custom templates or functionalities tailored to your specific requirements.

I am more interested to optimize the spaces and dimensions on everypage, for Desktop and also for Mobile. I know there is the possibility to customize the design in the theme options.

I'm ALMOST sold on this theme. My only questions is - can I have an "Events" page as my home page and then a link to a separate page that is for business listings. The theme says you can have more than one set of listing data, but just not sure if it can be on separate pages because of what you said about the search textbox being a part of the back-end - ie. you can just mess with it using Elementor. So just don't know how I can set up two seperate sets of listing data and have them on separate pages. One being home, and other being separate.

Hi Darrel, I'm new to WordPress but I have made so much progress thanks to you. But currently working on something but I'm kinda stuck, I haven't been able to find any help anywhere so far. So I'm trying to build a website that's just for collecting data like user preferences of various products. The website displays all products in-store then uses pick their favourite and submit. I'm not sure how to make this website and which theme to use I'd really appreciate it if you can point me in the right direction.
