There are few corrections on RAM part. You can't install greater than DDR4 3200 OR DDR5 4800 on this CPU. Even if your MB supports so please choose your RAM frequency wisely and hence price of the build will also improve.

anytime 13th gen....if u need upgrade and ddr5 support...if not then 12th is ok....but then u can put that on 760M mb for upgradability...
