I really appreciate you guys tbh
Already did from the first day you announced and waiting.
do what you been doing but get creative. find the people you really need to talk to at companies and put yourself in front of them somehow. doing the normal stuff works sometimes but its slow an painful
Already filled out for my sister Stephanie Francis from 🇯🇲 sent her resume too.
It is amazing seeing how you two have grown - separately and together! Just awesome.
No worries, take your time young people. It will mature
Keep the faith and press on, something is going to give and you and Simas will see the results in time to come.
There's always a learning curve when starting anything from scratch. You have to be nimble and adapt on the fly. Your business will prolly end up being something totally different than what you envisioned.
Wish u guys all the best, put it to God in pray.❤❤❤

Welcome to Lithuania :)) hope you succeed in building a business
Guys, you have a good idea. You need a local partner who knows the language and the culture. Reach out to one or some of the foreign workers and get to get an idea of how they went about migration and getting a job.
Wishing you guys best of luck ❣️
All the best, guys. Eventually, things will work out. Don't give up. Keep pushing. You got this. 👍🏻🙏🙌
This business idea sounded so so good. Am sorry for these hurdles that keep popping up. I pray God give u both a break thru soon👍
Hi! Good luck with your business ventures! What comes to the russian language requirement, maybe it's just for the jobs where person-to-person interaction is important so that older generation people could buy tickets directly from the driver without a hassle. Maybe it's worth to reach out to some companies which do not necessarily have such strict language requirements? Personally saw foreigners who drive garbage trucks and collect trash bins today in Vilnius and remembered your channel and business idea :)
Praiyng for you. God is with you. He will cause what ever you put your hands to do, to be successful. Stay patience and it will happen.🥰
Hi guys so wonderful to see you are not giving up you are hard workers be patient and your dreams will come through, in everything there's a process. Continued blessings .🙏❤🇬🇾

@anthonyforrest
Why don't you learn a marketable skill so that you can get a better pay?
@@kuyahkudey3217 currently employed doing a twelve hour shift each day you think it's easy to go learn a skill and yes I have children plus a mom to provide for and other bills to pay
I went to school to drive forklift in 2021-2022
@@georgiaradcliffe9082
That's great! Remember to take advantage of all the free training available on line as well. You can also get trained in additional skills that are marketable when needed.
Please keep in mind that most universities offer free classes.
Don't give up. Keep going. If the business took off right away , it would probably fail fast. Put the work in, and you will succeed with lots of stories to tell. All the best to you.
Learning curve. Everything, positive and or negative is called learning. Thats a good thing. The key thing is to learning the system. It takes time.
Like how you both are trying and not giving up despite the disappointments you face concerning the business,I’m proud of you both.
Good venture
All the best
Blessings 👍🏾 ❤
God bless you guys always 😘💯❤️🙏
Keep up the good works and you will see the. Fruits of. Your labour.
It is a part of the process so keep you heads up❤
Hi guys. I filled out the Google form you posted and am here waiting for feedback.
Same
The trucking industry is probably not the place to start. It is quite exploitive in Lithuania. There was even a documentary made "Fūrų vergai" that sorta showed how it goes.
I'm Lithuanian and from my own limited run-ins with logistics I can confirm that the truck drivers here are almost exclusively Ukrainian, Belarusian and russian as of around 10-15 years ago (and not just here in-country, there's a fleet of around 100k trucks with Lithuanian licence plates driving all around Europe). These companies are probably reluctant to open a second line of communications and alter their existing procedures just to cater to folks from further afield. Most recently, they've been looking for drivers in countries like Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan in keeping with the language theme. What is more, this industry is unfortunately notorious for migrant exploitation, so I would advise against trying to get into it (there's an excellent documentary about it on CZcams called Lorry Slaves) 😞.
This !
😅😅😅
Totally agree, would just say stay away from those trucking lithuanian companies and watch on youtube lithuanian media investigation called Lorry Slaves, immigrant exploitation in Lithuania, it's eyes opening
I drive a truck through Bleiras, it's aight 👴🏻
I'm Lithuanian though...
Don't give up
Pray
Keep pushing forward 💪🏽 Love you guys.❤️❤️
That "russian" mentality is only in trucking, because trucks driving between EU and post Soviet countries, plus most of the drivers are from post-soviet countries. I would suggest try cleaning bussines. They are hiring everybody who is willing to work.
👍👍👍
You will find people who need your help now that you know what is happening.Keep advertising your knowledge.Good luck.😀🎉
Keep holding on the lord will make it positive blessings all the way
My brother did sign the Google form you posted. He has been waiting for feedback
Same
Here❤❤
You both will get there Avri and simas put god first and he help you find the way
My progressive couple ❤🇯🇲
Well, the thing is that most of the driver shortage comes from logistic companies which historically were leaning more towards east rather then west and only few succceeded. In general this sector is very very far away from business logics we are used today. Now majority of them even helps Russia to avoid sanctions throgh Caucasus as they are run by russians or belarussians with access to EU. On the other hand, drivers arer not getting best treatment eitherr, conditions are terrrible, pay is low etc. there is a whole documentary on this topic released few years ago. Keep your spirits up! I bet you will find your niche.
👍👍👍
Hi My Favorite Beautiful couple ❤
Nothing is easy in life God guidance and blessimgs
It would be easier you start with farm/ agriculture jobs ....short as well as long-term positions
I would check job advertisments and analise what skilled workers in Lithuania needs the most. I think we don't have here road engineers ,other skilled engeneers. Also, check biggest companies who is planing to build the big projeckts in here like Teltonika and other high tech companies what kind of specialists do they need. Logistics from my expierence is very shitty area here in LT. And a lot of big logistics companies gets qoutas from goverment for cheap labour/drivers from Kazchstan and so on to work in here.
But, keep up and good luck! 🎉
Have you thought of getting someone to translate the learning documents for your company so you can get the workers to have the training in English if they qualify for the job.
Just a suggestion you might make some headway that area
Ps. Born ja.now Canadian and watch your chanel always. What are your thoughts.
Hi guys. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve run into concerning your business venture. Concerning your business documentation issue, I wonder if some form of AI exists that could perform that task quickly and inexpensively? I’m just brainstorming.🤔 In any event, I know that you two are resourceful, blessed and highly favored. 🙏
We just learned how to automate a few things, so we should be able to find companies quicker and reach out quicker as well! We learn something new every day in this business. 🥰
Come to UK to do that, its a good idea since we left European Union....
Guys,I love your energy. ❤People like you is the future 👍. I can't wait when Lithuania gets rid of those old ways that are still lingering in some corners 😊 .I live in the outskirts of Kaunas and by the look of it more and more people are creating their own businesses and not only in town ,it realy warms my heart .Good luck 🌻🌻🌻.
How about using the phones that you speak into it with your language and it transmitt in their language?
hey. Just trynna help here. I am an expat as well. Once I moved back to Lithuania I applied for a banking job at SEB and I actually got it. Even though most of the people that worked there, were Lithuanians, big portion of the meetings used to happen in English, because it was primarily Swedish market that these processes were carried out for. So I would say, try to aim for some corporate positions, you might get it.
It soon work out man, just be patient. Do they have a delivery service to help deliver medication to patients who maybe live far away from a pharmacy or patients who are not able to go to a pharmacy to pick up their medication in person?l
Ive been thinking of that myself. Maybe you could tap into that or see if there is a need for that there? just a thought. (Im a pharmacist-from JA live in the US)
I was once into languages so I wouldn't mind learning another language be it Russian, Lithuanian etc . I'm already familiar with some basic russian words. My major concern would the funds to travel . That's the reason why am still in Jamaica. Thank you for trying to help others.
❤❤🙏🏾
Is there a age limit for jobs?
I love you guys, but why i think Simas looks older with long hair
Pluck up courage, faint heart never won fair ladies. Things will happen in GOD’s time.
It’s very difficult to set up and do business in Europe, too many restrictions
Present ❤❤😊😊
My daughter still waiting to be contacted cause she signs the google form already but no respond
Another country does this too but I guarantee it's also an income earner for them
Hey, I am working in a different business field, but I am also making “cold” calls to Latvian and Estonian companies and asking if they would like to have a contract with us and etc. I faced the same problem as you, that older generation speaks Russian and I myself as Lithuanian, who don’t speak Russian at all, have to find somebody older in my company, who can speak Russian and help me. When you think about it, that’s supper funny, but very inconvenient.
When you will find key decision making people, then a lot of questions will be solved.
Wish you the best!
Avri omg i love your name and the spelling
one day at a time
🙏😮prayer
Stay grounded and focused.
And you two change your mind a lot and may decide to live some where else in the near future.
My advice to you both is just continue to vlog and blog on CZcams, show contents on differences between USA and Lithuania and just travel round Europe. You will make money on CZcams than setting up business at this period in time.
Try Healthcare
What about teachers to teach English?
Am interested wat kinda job there
Am Jamaican
Seems like you may have to source some truck drivers from Russia!!lol
As for the bus drivers, you could probably provide a translator whilst they're being trained?
Logistically, it's going to be a bit of a challenge though.
The speaking Russian story was pretty amazing..what a head spinner!!
Good luck guys...its going to be a challenge..if anyone can do it, you will! 😊 ❤
rusky mir. 😅
Nobody will issue visas for russian drivers to come to Lithuania let alone the EU...
I left germany because of the hard way to start business, i went back to ja but went to ny, it is way easier, i felt like i wasted ny 3 years in germany
Could that mayor recommend to the trucking & government agencies to hire English speaking translators from the country to start the process of transitioning from old school ways.
Completely off topic. I haven't been here in a while, Avri, is that your real hair (no harm intended) if yes, please share Ur hair care routine.
LoL, well, I have the luxury of being fluent both in Russian and English, since I fall into the GenX - we experienced both late Soviet era and early independence restoration, when English became a necessity, while we were still young. But I don't speak Lithuanian, since I'm Latvian living in Latvia, sorry! 😆
Bandykite susirasti didžiausias įmones pagal darbuotojų skaičių, kaip maxima ir t.t. ir ten bandykite skambinti.
👍👍👍
Hey simas, the long hair fits you😊
Yeah… most truckers here are from Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other russian speaking countries. That’s why it is a required language
