[My statement]
I'm trying to follow the CGM strictly (sounds strict but it's not). Now it’s been almost 20 years since the CGM was born. Too many people (includes CZcamsrs and Influencers) have tried to involving into curly hair business and they twisted and modified the original CGM into more complicated and difficult. The original CGM is VERY simple. I'd like to get back to the basics and share the scientifically authentic information with you. It is ok to do anything makes you feel better. But don't forget any info floating around CZcams, IG or anywhere else on website are mostly for making money. I hope my information will help you for your curly hair journey.

みはるさん、私はみはるさんのようなカーリーヘアーではないのですが、ヘナを試してみました。実は今回で２回目なのですが、コームで分けながらするのが、とても難しくて、手でマッサージしながら、つけ込んだ感じです。前回も同様、ヨーグルト状にしたつもりでしたが、硬すぎたのでしょうか。。。もっと、ゆるく　作るべきだったのかと。。。出来上がりは、悪くないのですが。。。どうなのでしょう。それと、シャンプーが十分じゃないのか、３、４日、このヨモギの匂いが残りませんか。みはるさんのお陰で、安心して出来ました。ありがとうございました❤
